Furiously clicking refresh as we speak.

Bam! Try the app if site isn’t working, Bimble and I found that faster.

Got it! And ordered one on my wife’s account 'cause she has Prime. Might be able to sell one(?).

Managed to snap up a core unit on Amazon yesterday morning while face down at the chiropractor. Now to site on both of my orders for a while before I decide what to do with the bundle one.

Well, they cancelled the order for a core unit that I put through on my wife’s Amazon account. Must have been flagged by the same home address, because I was having one sent to my work address, the other to the home address. Bummer.

Bummer, I was hoping to find out if Demolition Man will now be a reality. I was looking forward to having my fancy Taco Bell meal :taco:

Bought two used move controllers and a charge stand. They both seemed to take a charge, as indicated by the lights blinking for a while and then stopping. Plug them both into the PS4 with the only mini-USB cable I had and can’t seem to register either of them. The cable works for the bluetooth speaker it came with. I just heard on Giant Bomb’s podcast that some people are having trouble with used controllers, too, but they made it sound like mostly issues with not taking a charge. I would think if the lights come on and blink, they should be able to sync. Just ordered a new USB cable, hopefully that works.

New USB cable worked fine, looks like both controllers should be good.

Are you like me and enjoy the perks of getting Pink Eye, but don’t know anyone that’ll give it to you? Well, look no further…

For the first time ever, we’re taking PlayStation VR on the road with us with a number of different games to play. If you haven’t had a chance to try this yet, you definitely should find a way to make it out to one of the Road to Greatness stops.

We will only have the capacity for a few dozen people each day to play PlayStation VR, but we’re giving PlayStation.Blog readers a little “cheat code” for priority access. All you have to do is send a tweet to @HeyPlayStation declaring that you want to try PlayStation VR and show that Tweet to a staff member. It’s our way of saying “Thank You” for being such die-hard PlayStation fans.

I hate going to Summerfest due to the insane amount of traffic congestion, but I may have to suffer through it just so I can get Pink Eye and stay home from work. I mean… try PS.VR.

Balls, I’m gonna be out of town for the Air Show.

I’m having a hard time believing this. There is no way Sony would release their VR if it was going to be “truly awful” for the VAST MAJORITY of the people who buy it.

Oh look… the source of this is NeoGAF and they have an update. They even changed the title of the thread to add “Debunked” to it.

PSVR is fine on the regular PS4. Obviously things look better on Neo, but considering the performance requirements, the actual experience is largely the same.

Thanks for digging further. I wasn’t quite buying it either. Probably just contributed to clickbait.

Under the OP Update, neogaf cites a user named Matt. Anyone know who that is? His opinion seems to be the reason they’re calling it debunked.

I tried to figure that out, but it seems he’s lumped in with other Devs on the site.

Lorne Lanning also said PSVR games are going to be good.

Matt, Demonite, M0dus other devs, I don’t know how you stand it.

Designed and developed exclusively for Virtual Reality, “Tethered” takes the best parts of a sand-box experience you might expect from a great strategy game and combines them with gentle puzzle mechanics that help pull you through the experience, all the while wrapping you up in a beautifully immersive universe. With a simple premise at its core – gather and prepare by day, survive by night – our goal is to strike balance between comfort, simplicity, beauty and challenge.

It reminds me of Flower… but in VR. Which wouldn’t be a bad thing at all.
